Historically I have been an absolute professional yo-yo dieter. I would go all the way full extreme into a fad diet or just eating recklessly with no middle ground and have done so since I was 10 years old. Finally in my 30s I realized I needed a reasonable approach to my health/weight/fitness especially with my PCOS diagnosis.
Adam met me where I was and we built a strong foundation from there. This is exactly the multifaceted approach I needed, we addressed previous habits,the restrict/binge cycle, stress levels, sleep, etc. It seems so simple to just know when you are hungry and eat something good for you but I truly had never learned/practiced this. Through a year of support, some tears, celebrations, some sass from me, and learning/practicing I have been really successful in my journey.
After a year together I have been doing this on my own for the past 3 months. Still losing weight and going strong with all these habits Adam has instilled in me. This is a real path to long term changes and health.
