Historically I have been an absolute professional yo-yo dieter. I would go all the way full extreme into a fad diet or just eating recklessly with no middle ground and have done so since I was 10 years old. Finally in my 30s I realized I needed a reasonable approach to my health/weight/fitness especially with my PCOS diagnosis.


Adam met me where I was and we built a strong foundation from there. This is exactly the multifaceted approach I needed, we addressed previous habits,the restrict/binge cycle, stress levels, sleep, etc. It seems so simple to just know when you are hungry and eat something good for you but I truly had never learned/practiced this. Through a year of support, some tears, celebrations, some sass from me, and learning/practicing I have been really successful in my journey.


After a year together I have been doing this on my own for the past 3 months. Still losing weight and going strong with all these habits Adam has instilled in me. This is a real path to long term changes and health.

I started following you on TikTok because I enjoyed your message that healthy change takes time and fad diets aren’t the way to do it. I needed help in a budget friendly way and you had an option that fit. The flexibility of the app was exactly what I needed. I have an easy to follow workout schedule with videos to show me proper form and a way to record my workout progress. I have been doing the meal program for almost six months now. Before I started, I worked out regularly, had an okay-ish understanding of nutrition, but was finding that I was stuck and out of ideas. I had followed Adam Wright on TikTok for months and when he had a promotion for his program AND I found out I could only do the meal option, I jumped at it. I’m so happy I did. The meals are very catered to me, and I’ve made them for my spouse and he was surprised that it was a meal plan. It’s taught me how to tweak my meals to get to the goals I was wanting to achieve: lose weight but gain muscle. When I don’t have time to cook, there’s an option for me to choose food from restaurants that will help keep me on track. I don’t feel deprived, I’m definitely not hungry, and I’m seeing results. I’ve been able to maintain the weight loss I’ve already had, plus a few pounds more. I’ve lost inches and my clothes are fitting looser. People have noticed, my doctor has been impressed, and all my lab work that I’ve had to do for various things have looked so good. I’m healthier than I’ve ever been and I definitely don’t feel like I’m dieting. I love being able to tweak what I like and dislike to reflect what is available at the store since grocery prices are high and being lactose intolerant, what I can and can’t have. The meal program has been absolutely easy for me to follow, and cook. They’re easy to follow and I know exactly what’s going in it and how to make it. Those lessons will help me years down the road, and I can’t say that about other meal programs I’ve tried.

I have been following Adam on Tiktok for a while now and picked up some good habits and then finally joined the app-style coaching. It has been LIFE CHANGING. I have a binge eating disorder and your messages and videos have helped me repair my relationship with food, has helped me pick healthier options, and has helped me understand that there are no “bad” foods and “good” foods. I love how "real life" food and exercise is with this plan. My grocery bill hasn't increased, my husband also likes the dinners so we are not making two things (and he eats a bit healthier,shhh). The workouts are perfect, I do mine at home and the site makes it so easy. I work from home and as soon as I was done I was able to just push in my chair and do everything but cardio (treadmill is downstairs) right there.

I've been using Adam's online program since late November 2021 - it's very affordable which was the main reason I decided to try it out and I'm very happy I did! It includes meal plans, exercise plans and an amazing members only community. The meal plans are an awesome guideline. It's such a great resource for healthy, well balanced meals that include recipes and macro breakdowns for each recipe. You also can just use the calorie/macro goals and go off-road so to speak and eat within the goals using your own meals, so you don't feel trapped in a meal plan. For me, the best part was the workout portion, each exercise is written out and described, with a demonstration all video as well which is extremely helpful for proper form!! But overall my favorite part of Adam’s program is the amazing community and live members only check-ins on the Facebook group. Really makes you feel like you're part of something and have a group of people on the same journey as you lifting you up!

Joining the Wright Fit Training Club was a big game changer for me and i'm so happy i did! It is budget friendly and you get everything you need and the meals are delicious! I've always struggled with eating too little and my meal plan has me eating enough all while still losing weight and having so much energy! The workouts are so easy to do too. The Facebook group check in's every week with Adam are so helpful and the group is extremely supportive! I truly love this program.

I joined Adam's program at the end of March 2022. My main goal was not to necessarily lose weight, but to feel better in general. I've been in and out of gyms since I was in high school, but never had a set program and Adam and his team gave me that. Since March, I've felt better overall physically and mentally. A couple of years ago, I had such a toxic relationship with the gym/food. I was exercising at least 2-3 hours a day, every day. I was eating the exact same things for weeks to even MONTHS at a time. I LOOOOOVE the individualized workout plans with sets/weight/clear instruction for form and specific exercise! I wanted to give a testimonial. I always reflect this time of year and I need to give a shout out for your program!!

I'm a 49 year old menopausal woman who had a life long history of disordered eating and succumbed to toxic diet culture. After menopause started I was no longer able to lose weight no matter how hard I tried. After watching Adam's TikToks I decided to give one on one coaching a try.

Adam paired me with Coach Emilee. Over the course of the past year and a half I can proudly say that I have rid myself of all the disordered eating habits that have held me back. I have a healthy relationship with food and it still takes me by surprise when I'm in situations that previously triggered me. I used to think I could never be that person, yet here I am!

Losing weight, maintaining weight, and getting healthy is hard! Anyone that says it's easy is lying. Stress, work, school, kids, moving, just LIFE can seem to all work against you, at least it does feel like that to me. Until I found WrightFit and Coach Jess. Whenever I dieted and worked out, it always was some sort of cardio and eating 1200 (or less) calories. I have also tried plenty of pills, drinks, replacement meals...yuck. I have lost weight here and there in my life, but always gain it back.

There are so many praises I can say about my amazing success coach Emilee. I would like to just list a few. Emilee has changed my life. I have spent my entire adult life not understanding why I couldn't be like everyone else. Why I couldn't figure out the secret to being healthy. I believe there was only one way to lose weight. Starve yourself. Feel like your fainting and sick all the time. 1000 calories a day with an hour running at the gym everyday. Screaming at your body cause you feel hungry and like a failure. Oh boy did I lose weight. But the moment I tried to eat like a normal person it all came back and then some. Then it was just a cycle of depression, starvation, and no success. Mentally I was in a dark place.

Working with Adam really helped my mindset change when it comes to food. I come from a Hispanic background where you always finished what was on your plate. But it wasn’t that it was too much for me to finish, it was that I loved all the food so much. Growing up being told I need to stop eating so much because you’re gaining weight is something I really needed to recover from.
