WrightFit: Mind and Body is not your typical fitness program. I recognize that every person's journey is unique and I embrace that. We aim to meet each client where they are and provide them with the individualized attention and support they need to achieve their goals. I strive to empower our clients to live a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life and I’m committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all of our clients. My philosophy is grounded in body positivity and self-love, and my core values of balance, education, and empowerment guide everything I do. 

Hi I'm Adam Wright

As someone who has struggled with weight and the harmful effects of diet culture, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate the world of health and fitness. But it was my own personal journey towards a better version of myself that led me to where I am today.


Growing up, I was constantly teased for my weight, and this bullying persisted into my high school years, where I found myself grappling with an eating disorder. Even as an adult, my time as a medic in the U.S. Army only exacerbated my yo-yo dieting habits, and it wasn't until I saw the physical toll it was taking on my body that I knew I needed to make a change.


After a personal weight loss journey, I became intrigued and excited about the thought of helping others overcome the same struggles with health and fitness that I’d battled with. In 2015, I became a certified personal trainer and my journey as a coach had begun. A couple of busy years later, I founded my own business, WrightFit: Mind and Body, rejecting the toxic diet culture that permeates the fitness industry and focusing on a holistic approach to wellness that prioritizes both physical and mental well-being.


Today, I am proud to lead a team of coaches who have helped thousands of clients worldwide reach their health and fitness goals, and I remain committed to empowering others to take control of their own health and find the freedom and confidence that comes with a positive relationship with food and exercise.

My Training Philosophy

My philosophy is centered on the belief that everyone deserves to feel their best and live a happy, healthy life. To achieve this, I reject harmful diet culture and unrealistic expectations that have long been entrenched in the industry. Instead, I focus on building a positive and sustainable approach to wellness that prioritizes mental and physical well-being. Finally, I believe that wellness and fitness should be inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or identity. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all my clients, and offer diverse and inclusive programming that reflects the needs and interests of everyone.


I encourage my clients to embrace their unique bodies and celebrate their individual strengths, rather than striving for an idealized body type. This means fostering a culture of self-love and body positivity, while rejecting shame and guilt around food and weight. My goal is to help clients build healthy habits and improve overall wellness, without resorting to restrictive diets or harmful habits.


By embracing body positivity, realistic nutrition, and a holistic approach to wellness, we can all live our healthiest and happiest lives.

Head coach Adam WrighT

The founder of WrightFit: Mind and Body, Adam, became certified with NESTA back in 2015. He holds multiple AS degrees, including one in Math and Science, and has coached hundreds of clients around the world to success. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Adam leads the WrightFit team in providing top-notch wellness coaching and guidance.

Since 2020, he has been actively posting on social media, amassing nearly 2 million followers across all platforms that resonate with his positivity and empathy toward others. He specializes in helping clients escape toxic diet culture, find food freedom, and discover the joy in fitness.


SUCCESS COACH JESSICA AMEZQUITA

is an ISSA certified personal trainer and the mother of four children. She is a bodybuilder who specializes in at-home workouts designed to help moms gain muscle mass and confidence.


Jessica understands the unique challenges that moms face when trying to prioritize their health and fitness, and she is passionate about helping them overcome these obstacles. With her supportive and compassionate coaching style, Jessica empowers her clients to achieve their fitness goals while juggling the demands of motherhood.


SUCCESS COACH EMILEE BOGDAN

is a NASM certified personal trainer who focuses on helping clients break free from diet culture mentality. Emilee understands firsthand the difficulties of a health journey, having lost over 100 lbs.


Herself. She knows the frustration and confusion that many people experience when trying to navigate the overwhelming amount of conflicting health and fitness information out there. She helps her clients cut through the noise and focus on the fundamentals of healthy living, providing guidance and support every step of the way.


SUCCESS COACH HEATHER BONE

is a NASM certified personal trainer with a deep passion for chasing what makes you feel alive. Heather specializes in mindset work and strength training, drawing from her experience powerlifting and cycling coast to coast across the US.


Heather believes that fitness is not just about physical health, but about mental and emotional health as well. With her positive and motivational coaching style, Heather helps her clients develop the mindset and habits they need to achieve their goals and feel their best.


SUCCESS COACH COREY JONES

has been a certified personal trainer through NASM for almost 9 years and has also accumulated various other certifications, including Functional Movement Systems Level 1, Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1, NASM Mental Toughness, and most recently, he became a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach.

He has worked with hundreds of clients, both in person and online, with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of goals. Corey is passionate about sharing his love for fitness, health, outdoor activities, cultivating a positive mindset, and leading an enjoyable, sustainable life.
